The DHT20 is an upgraded version of the DHT11, featuring a dedicated ASIC sensor chip, a high-performance semiconductor silicon-based capacitive humidity sensor, and an integrated on-chip temperature sensor. It uses a standard I2C data output format for easy integration.
With significant improvements in performance, the DHT20 surpasses the reliability and accuracy of its predecessor. The new design enhances stability in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, while also improving measurement accuracy, response time, and measurement range.
