Yalu Brake for Ebike

An e-brake lever is a device that replaces the regular brake lever and either shuts off the controller or activates regenerative braking in the controller when the lever is pulled. We offer integrated levers for both mechanical and hydraulic brakes, as well as an accessory that can be attached to your existing levers to convert them into e-brakes.

All of them function as a NO switch, with two wires that close the circuit when the brakes are applied.

Brake for Ebike motor MY1016 is a component for its motor controller that provides smooth braking without damaging the motor or its performance. Every biker faces situations where braking becomes a crucial factor, especially in a world where careless car drivers often ignore fast-moving cyclists. A car may suddenly cross your path, or open a door in front of you as you ride in a bike lane, or any other hazards.

When building an e-bike, make sure to install e-brakes. E-brakes are an essential part of your system and their importance cannot be stressed enough, as they cut power to the motor (or also trigger the regenerative braking when you squeeze the lever if you have a direct drive hub motor). Most factory-built bikes include this as standard, as do many kits.
