The 40 Pin Red GPIO Extension Board is designed for the Raspberry Pi B+ / A+ / Pi 2, enabling the breakout of all power, GPIO, I2C, and SPI pins from the 40-pin header onto a solderless breadboard. You can connect the 40-pin GPIO Ribbon Cable between the Raspberry Pi B+ / A+ / Pi 2 Board and the GPIO Extension Board, which can then be plugged into any solderless breadboard. This board is suitable for Raspberry Pi 3, 2 Model B, B+, A+, and Zero accessories. It is a T-type GPIO expansion board, Cobbler Plus, which is convenient for connecting an external GPIO and is applicable for breadboard experiments.
