T-MOTOR’s patented design enhances flight efficiency, particularly for extended durations. The innovative winglet design reduces vortex formation, optimizing aerodynamic performance. The downward-facing winglet minimizes radial centrifugal tension and deformation, ensuring smoother operation.

Precise engineering prevents sweepback during propeller rotation, maintaining stability and efficiency. Designed specifically for the bottom side of a co-axial frame, the push version propeller enhances safety and reliability, featuring securely tightened screws, locknuts, and two additional hole sites for a more secure attachment.

A limit rubber ring is incorporated to protect the propeller from abrasion, improving shock resistance and contributing to its long-lasting durability.

Each propeller is crafted using advanced injection molding technology, achieving a 0.25mm trailing edge that reduces airflow interference, boosting the lift-to-drag ratio for improved performance.

The surface of the propeller is treated with a heat-insulating coating that offers high UV protection, ensuring the propellers remain resistant to sun damage. Additionally, the high-temperature endurance material ensures consistent performance during long flights, even in elevated temperatures.

CFD Fluid Simulation:

The optimal aerodynamic performance is achieved through T-MOTOR’s propeller performance forecasting program. After evaluating over 10 design candidates, the final propeller design was selected based on its superior performance under the targeted operating conditions.

CAE Finite Element Analysis:

Fluid-solid coupling technology is used to analyze the propeller’s structure by integrating fluid load distribution simulations. This approach enables precise monitoring of the condition of each component under real-world operating conditions.
