Nano Board R3 with CH340 Chip without USB Cable Compatible with Arduino (Unsoldered)
The Nano Board R3 with CH340 chip (without USB cable) is a compact, cost-effective alternative to the traditional Arduino Nano. Based on the popular ATmega328 microcontroller (Nano R3), it offers the same functionality as the Arduino Uno, but in a much smaller form factor, making it perfect for space-constrained projects.
This version of the Nano is equipped with the CH340 USB-to-Serial chip, which replaces the FTDI chip found in earlier versions, offering a more affordable solution while maintaining reliable performance. Due to its small size, it is especially well-suited for projects where a reduced pinout is acceptable, but space efficiency is crucial.
The Nano R3 features 14 digital I/O pins (6 of which are PWM capable), 8 analog inputs, and operates at a clock speed of 16 MHz. It has 32 KB of flash memory for your sketches and programs. The board is breadboard-friendly, making it easy to integrate into prototypes without taking up much space.
The Nano can be powered via a mini-USB connection, an unregulated 6-20V external power supply (via pin 30), or a regulated 5V external power supply (via pin 27). The power source is automatically selected based on the highest voltage input.
With its small size of just 43 mm x 18 mm, this Nano Board R3 with CH340 chip is an excellent choice for DIY electronics, robotics, and small embedded systems where both performance and compactness are key.
Note: –
- CH340 chip might not work directly with some PC/Laptop, you will need some ch340 drivers.
