The CFR Series Carbon Film Resistors are produced by applying a uniform layer of pure carbon onto high-quality ceramic rods. A helical groove is then carved into the resistive layer, and electrolytic copper leads are welded to the endcaps. To protect against environmental factors, these resistors are coated with multiple layers of tan-colored lacquer. This construction guarantees optimal performance and durability, even in conditions where ambient temperatures exceed 70°C.
